BACRAT Seminar

BACRAT is having its Seminar October 26, 2002, at 8:30. Location - Galveston, Texas, Hilton Hotel on the Seawall. Currently, speakers will discuss issues such as SearchMaster and RealLegal. Also informing all reporters on money issues will be a financial advisor from American Express. Registration mail-out for the Houston area is slated for first of September. HELP WANTED!

HCRA has formed a new committee on recruiting new reporting students. As many of you may be aware, the reporting shortage is growing and enrollment in our schools is shrinking. With the FCC 2006 deadline looming, we must get out there and encourage high schoolers to think about entering our wonderful field. The recruiting committee needs volunteers to attend career days at local high schools. The committee will contact the schools and gather all appropriate information. Right now we just need to know who is willing to help. We will likely set up a training program to help you be better prepared to give career day presentations.
