We will be discussing COSCA’s white paper: "Digital Recording: Changing Times for Making the Court Record." TCRA Vice President of Finance Jo Anne Leger and TCRA Past-President Robin Cooksey will join us to discuss the COSCA White Paper and the impact it will have on Texas citizens and Texas reporters. This white paper recommends that our courts should switch to digital audio recording as the official record.
